Nanna is a mobile and modular lighting unit designed for indoor use; specially for situations where sudden power failures happen and where (relatively)short-time individual lighting is needed. The name of the product is inspired of the name of the moon god in Sumerian mythology. It consists of modular units that can work together or separately depending on the need for light. When they are used individually more than one person can meet the need for illumination at the same time at different locations. When units leave the base, automatically switch to “on” mood and do not turn off until they are seated on the base again. The use of industrial conductive magnet is foreseen in the joining details that allow the units to be held together with the unit, with each other and with the metal surfaces.
